This policy explains what information Workflow collects when you visit our website or use the platform, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run the service.

Who we are

Workflow is a project and team management platform operated from Gaza, Palestine. For any question about this policy or your data, write to support@workflownets.com.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us and information created while you use the service:

  • Account details: your name, email address, phone number, role and password (stored only in hashed form).
  • Workspace content: the projects, tasks, sprints, time entries, invoices, payments, contracts, messages, files and meeting details you and your team add.
  • Messages you send us through the contact form or the website assistant.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and logs needed to keep the service secure and working.

How we use your information

  • To provide the platform: sign you in, show your workspace and deliver notifications.
  • To answer your questions and support requests.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
  • To improve features, based on how the service is used.
  • To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your workspace content for advertising.

AI features

When you use AI project planning, the requirement documents you upload are processed to suggest sprints and tasks for that project only. Questions you type into the website assistant are processed to answer them. Both are sent to our AI provider solely for that purpose. Nothing the AI suggests is applied to your project without your approval.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies that the service needs to work:

  • Session cookies that keep you signed in.
  • A language cookie that remembers whether you use English or Arabic.
  • A theme cookie that remembers light or dark mode.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Who we share it with

Your information is visible inside your workspace only to the people you give access to, according to the roles and permissions you set. Outside the workspace, we share data only with:

  • Service providers that help us run Workflow — hosting, email delivery, video meetings, real-time notifications and AI processing — under obligations to protect it.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active. When an account is deleted, its data is removed from the active service within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it longer by law.

Security

Connections to Workflow are encrypted, passwords are stored hashed, and access inside each workspace is limited by roles and permissions. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Send your request to support@workflownets.com and we will answer within 30 days.

Children

Workflow is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page, and we will notify account owners of significant changes.
